WetCheck Pro is developed and operated by Garden Project Solution LLC.

WetCheck Pro is designed to help irrigation professionals manage customers, properties, irrigation controllers, WetCheck inspections, photos, reports, estimates and invoices.

By using WetCheck Pro, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

The information processed by WetCheck Pro depends on how the application is used. It may include the following categories.

Account Information

When an account is created or used, we may process information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Company or business name
• Username
• Authentication and account information

Customer Information

Contractors using WetCheck Pro may enter information about their customers, including:

4. Customer Portal Information

Contractors may provide Customers with access to a dedicated Customer Portal.

Customer accounts are designed to provide access only to information associated with that Customer and made available through WetCheck Pro.

Contractors are responsible for ensuring that customer information entered into WetCheck Pro is collected and used appropriately for their business operations.

5. Service Providers

WetCheck Pro may use third-party service providers to operate application features such as database storage, authentication, secure file storage and application infrastructure.

These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. Sharing of Information

Garden Project Solution LLC does not sell personal information collected through WetCheck Pro.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and maintain WetCheck Pro
• Work with service providers that support the application
• Protect the security, rights or property of users, Garden Project Solution LLC or others
• Comply with applicable law, legal process or lawful government requests

7. Data Security

Information may be retained while an account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WetCheck Pro, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations or resolve security and operational issues.

Certain information may be deleted when a Customer or Contractor account is deleted, subject to applicable legal, security and operational requirements.

9. Account Deletion

WetCheck Pro provides functionality for account deletion where applicable.

Contractors may request deletion of their WetCheck Pro account from within the application.

Deleting a Contractor account may also remove information associated with that Contractor's account, including customers, properties, irrigation records, reports, estimates, invoices and related application data, subject to applicable legal or operational retention requirements.

Contractors may also remove Customer accounts and associated information that they manage through WetCheck Pro.

10. Photos and Device Permissions

WetCheck Pro may request permission to access device features such as the camera or photo library when necessary for users to add photos to inspection records.

These permissions are used only for features that require them.

Device permissions can generally be changed through the device's system settings.

11. Children's Privacy

WetCheck Pro is a professional business application and is not designed or directed toward children.

12. International Use

Information processed through WetCheck Pro may be stored or processed in locations where Garden Project Solution LLC or its service providers operate.

Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

13. Your Choices

Depending on your account type and applicable law, you may be able to:

• Review or update certain account information
• Control device permissions
• Request assistance regarding information associated with your account
• Delete an eligible account
